Confessions of an Eco-Terrorist is not your typical eco-film. Seen through the eyes of television director, filmmaker, actvist and longest serving Sea Shepherd crew member, Peter Jay Brown, this film grants the viewer an intimate look at shipboard life amongst these animal saviors and sea rebels, the ones who helped shape the Green Movement we know and love today. Alongside Captain Paul Watson of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, Peter and fellow crew members' exploits are as much comedy as cause. These extremists proudly fly their version of the skull and crossbones while performing extraordinary feats of daring on the high seas, while at the same time fighting internally over the benefits of a vegetarian vs. vegan diet. Thier fleet of ships has for thirty years halted illegal fishing activities, putting a damper on the efforst of whalers, illegal drift-netter, long liners and seal hunters operating illegally worldwide.
