More than 60,000 visitors testify to the popularity of the ZeGeVege Festival, and their number grows every year. The ZeGeVege Festival is recognized as the only festival in Croatia where plant-based products are exhibited, clearly illustrating the importance of moving toward adopting a sustainable lifestyle. On Trg bana Jelacica numerous exhibitors and performers will gather to attract a multitude of visitors and offer everything from food tastings to fun activities. The official ZeGeVege Fesitval restaurant will offer healthy, tasty foods at promotional prices. Visitors will also be able to attend a cooking demonstration of plant-based meals.

Festival vendors will include local restaurants, cruelty-free cosmetics and cleaning companies, animal and environmental protection organizations, fruit, vegetable, stevia, and seeding sellers, and eco-agricultural companies. Visitors can also look forward to free make-up, massages, food tastsings, promotional sales, eco-inovations, video projections, eco-driving school, children's workshops, and an offering of intriguing books and cookbooks, and an all-day program on the main stage which will include performances by children's choirs and musicians and dancers. All this and more will be offered at the 5th annual festival, making it the largest and most exciting ZeGeVege Festivel to date.

This year's ZeGeVege Festival is being held at the same time as other Veganmania events that have been put on for years in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland and are just now being introduced in Slovenia and Croatia. The Green Monday campaign, which is receiving increasing support from the public and from state institutions, remains a popular part of ZeGeVege Festival.

The ZeGeVege Festival is held under the auspices of the City of Zagreb, and the Office of the President of Croatia Ivo Josipovic has given support to the festival. The mayor of the City of Zagreb, Milan Bandic, and member of parliament, Mirela Holy, have announced that they will be present at the festival.

The ZeGeVege Festival offers educational content in the recycling yard, encouraging citizens to separate their waste and care for the environment and animals. Some of the stalls and the restaurant will be lighted by LED bulbs. An electrical car, electrical bicycle, and many other eco-inovations will be presented.

All this guarantes that a visit to the ZeGeVege Festival of Sustainable Living will not only be educational, but also lots of fun!
