Ingredients: 300 g smoked seitan, 2 parsley roots, ¼ celery root, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 laurel leaf, pepper, oil, 3 tablespoons of agar-agar, salt, soup spices

Preparation: Cut onions into small pieces and sauté until soft. Cut the vegetables (except garlic) into chunks and add to the onion. Fry together on low flame around 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1.5 l water. Add laurel leaf, pepper, salt, garlic, and soup spices, as well as seitan cut into cubes. Cook for 1 hour, then add agar-agar and cook for 5-10 minutes to let agar-agar melt. Stir well and leave to cool overnight.
