At the first cooking workshop this year held in January, Nikolina Plenar and her participants prepared light, tasty meals: miso soup, baked veggies and tofu, colorful salad, raw cupcakes and refreshing ginger lemon tea.

As all meals prepared at the workshops, these recipes do not contain any animal ingredients.
