The campaign against fur organized by Animal Friends continues
After the actions in Zagreb, Varazdin, Karlovac, and Sisak with the support of the public, Animal Friends is continuing the campaign against fur in other cities as well.
Demonstrations and actions will take place this Saturday, February 7, 2004 in Rijeka, Split, Koprivnica, and Osijek where the public will be informed about the cruelty of fur at stands where the activists will be handing out pamphlets. They will also be carrying signs and doing performances.
The demonstration in Rijeka will be held on Korzo, starting at 12 A.M., in Split it will start at 11:30 A.M. on the Boardwalk, in Koprivnica at 10 A.M. on the Ban Jelacic Square, and in Osijek at 12 noon on Ante Starcevic Square.
Animal Friends is sending a clear message about the cruelty of fur industry to the Croatian public and are asking them to boycott the cruel, barbarian and non-ecological way of dressing.
