Ingredients: 500 g carrots, 300 g celery, vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Grate carrots and celery. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to bind. Serve with breaded soy medallions, seitan steaks, or other similar dishes.
