Ingredients: 2 cups semi-whole wheat flour (type 850), 2 cups grated walnuts, 2 packages vanilla sugar, 1 package baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 cup oil, 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup agave syrup; for the frosting – 200 g cooking chocolate, 100 g vegetal margarine, some soy milk
Preparation: Mix dry and liquid ingredients first separately, then all together. The dough should not be too liquid. Use a spoon to place chunks of dough (size of a walnut) onto a baking sheet, greased with margarine. If the mixture is too hard, add some soy milk; if too liquid, add some flour. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. When done, walnut kisses can be half-dipped into chocolate. For the frosting, heat up all ingredients on low flame until the chocolate has melted.
