Caramelized Baby Carrots with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients: ½ kg Brussels sprouts, 1 bunch of baby carrots

Preparation: Wash the baby carrots and Brussels sprouts, and cook until soft but not done, in lightly salted water. Use the oil you baked the loaf of seitan in, to caramelize the Brussels sprouts and carrots, slowly adding the water which was used for cooking the vegetables. Decorate with chopped parsley and chilli.
